A Sustainable Building in the Heart of Lodi

The new Zucchetti headquarters, home to one of Italy’s leading software companies, represents a landmark architectural redevelopment project.
The building is the first LEED-certified property in the Province of Lodi, an internationally recognized certification that confirms high standards of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality.
Designed by MVarchitects – Marco Visconti, the project transformed the former “Pirellino di Lodi”, an energy-intensive office building dating back to the 1970s, into a contemporary example of efficiency and environmental responsibility while preserving its original structural framework.

An Internationally Award-Winning Project

The redevelopment project has received several prestigious international architectural awards.
Among its recognitions are:

  • European Property Awards
  • Honorable Mention at the American Architecture Prize 2016 for Sustainable Architecture

These awards highlight the project’s ability to combine architectural restoration, technological innovation and environmental sustainability.
